Much of "LEED" compliant constructtion is a direct of good design in conformaty with cost effective current standards and trends. The cost of a "LEED" label is a derect result of compliance with record keeping requirements needed to achieve a LEED certification and has no cost benefit to an owner. Unless mandated by a governing acgency it is no wonder that many private projects are constructed in accordance with LEED requirements but without the actual certification.

Market conditions in the AEC world continue to be suppressed. However, activity in the heavy civil, power/utility, transportation markets have stayed somewhat active.
Employers are very selective however and specs per job description need to be very close. More senior level talent is finding it difficult to be hired at previous salary rates.
Indicators are for improvement in 2010, but A&E will be depressed for a longer period.

R. Skip Black CPC Double Eagle Group's Founder/Principal has accepted a positon as Investor Relations for CrickIT. CrickIT is a Crick Information Technologies, Inc. is the manufacturer and marketer of the Trade-IT™ family of products.

Knowing the unrealized potential of this newly-created concept, the company was formed in 2008 to launch and subsequently manage the different application streams, in order to bring the technology to multiple markets in a rapid fashion.

The company has multiple patents filed that are currently pending. They are filed on a global basis, covering all three key elements of patent intellectual property: System, Method, and Device. The patent applications have been prepared and filed using the services of Merchant & Gould, LLC, a premier intellectual property law firm with offices in the United States and around the world. The strength of the patents allow for significant protection from piracy across the globe. This concept is truly new and unique, as well as protected.

A trademark for the Crick-IT® has already been granted by the U.S. Patent Office (USPTO).
