Despite what the mainstream media trys to portray, the economy IS improving. Progressive companies are busy and are poised to have a great year. They are actively interviewing and hiring top quality candidates. Cautiousness and reluctance to hiring “until projects land” has resulted in talent shortages in some disciplines and work schedules being affected.
